Role Description

This is a full-time, Journeyman Electrician role based in Portland, OR. The Electrician will perform electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and service troubleshooting tasks on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include following technical specifications, ensuring the safety and efficiency of electrical systems, and addressing client needs with professionalism.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Electricity, Electrical Work, and Maintenance & Service Repair
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in identifying and solving electrical system issues
Understanding of Electrical Engineering principles and their practical application
Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
Professional licensure as an Electrician is required
Experienced in residential, commercial, and multi-family electrical systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team

Requirements

Oregon Journeyman’s Card (required)
Experienced in residential, commercial, and multi-family electrical systems
Ability to work independently
Own tools
Valid Oregon driver’s license
Service vehicle provided by Rose City Electric

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Medical, Vacation/sick leave, 6 paid holidays

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $48.83 - $62.96 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
