Power Labor USA is seeking skilled Industrial Electricians for a long-term indoor project in Columbus, Ohio. This position involves installing food-grade equipment, automation systems, motors, 220V electrical systems, and reading and interpreting electrical schematics. We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused electricians with strong industrial and automation experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and automation equipment
- Install and service food-grade processing and packaging machinery
- Read, interpret, and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and control diagrams
- Wire and terminate motors, control panels, and 220V electrical systems
- Install and maintain automation controls, sensors, relays, and PLC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all electrical work meets food-grade standards
- Collaborate with mechanical and production teams for efficient installation and operation
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience
- Proven experience installing food-grade equipment and automation systems
- Strong knowledge of motor controls, 220V electrical systems, and electrical schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot and interpret control diagrams effectively
- Must have reliable transportation and own basic hand tools
- Experience in food manufacturing or clean production environments preferred
- Must adhere to Power Labor safety and quality standards
Pay & Schedule:
Pay: Up to $34/hour, based on proven experience
Schedule: Full-time, steady work
