Job Summary
We’re looking for a licensed Residential Journeyman Electrician (OR LME or J-card) who takes pride in clean, safe, and code-compliant work. You’ll handle the electrical side of HVAC installations — wiring new systems, running circuits, installing disconnects, panels, and controls — alongside our HVAC installation crews.
This is a steady, year-round position with great teamwork, excellent leadership, and real growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Perform all electrical wiring and hookups for residential HVAC system installs
• Install panels, disconnects, relays, and low-voltage controls
• Coordinate with HVAC lead installers for seamless project execution
• Ensure all work meets NEC and Oregon electrical codes
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade existing electrical systems
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional worksites

Qualifications
• Valid Oregon LME, Residential Journeyman, or General Journeyman license (required)
• 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment electrical requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
