We are currently interviewing candidates to grow our Commercial division within the company. A successful candidate will have their current EL - 01 General Electrical License (WA State), a strong work ethic, a great attitude and the desire to be part of a growing company that values its team members.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical equipment and control systems.
- Install lighting fixtures, power outlets, and control devices.
- Run conduit and pull wire for new and existing electrical installations.
- Conduct preventative maintenance service on electrical equipment, including generators, automatic transfer switches, and UPS systems.
- Review blueprints, electrical schematics, and electrical equipment specifications.
- Ability to establish rapport and a bond with all of your customers.
- Proficient at working autonomously.
- Be well versed in NEC & WAC electrical codes.
- Must possess a clean driving record and valid Driver's License
- Must be competitive self-starter who takes pride in the electrical trade, and contributes to our team
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Works occasionally with electrically energized lines when power cannot be disconnected.
- Works at heights with ladders, boom trucks or on catwalks.
- Ability to stand, walk, crawl, or bend for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work at heights on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces.
- May require handling or working with toxic and/or hazardous substances.
- Ability to work overhead for extended periods of time.
- May require lifting and handling of electrical materials.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in a similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical diagrams
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols
- Experience in building or renovating residential, commercial, or industrial properties
