Condustrial, Inc. is hiring an experienced Marine Electrician to support shipyard electrical work in Hollywood, SC. This is a long-term opportunity for a Marine Electrician with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in shipboard electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and upgrade shipboard electrical systems (power, lighting, alarms, communications, navigation).
- Diagnose and repair AC/DC systems, generators, motor controls, and switchgear.
- Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Follow NEC, USCG, ABS, and shipyard safety standards.
- Document all repairs, inspections, and materials used.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marine or industrial electrical experience.
- Marine electrical certification (required).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Licensed electrician preferred.
- Experience with shipboard power, distribution, and automation systems is a plus.
