Build the future of American power. Base is deploying home battery systems across DFW—and we need licensed electricians to keep installs safe, clean, and inspection-ready.
What you’ll do
• Diagnose/fix field issues; close out inspection punch lists
• Meet inspectors/AHJs, sit for inspections, document work
• Train/onboard new install crews; QC finished installs
• Troubleshoot battery backups, EV chargers, transfer switches
• Travel: work at customer sites across DFW with occasional Texas-wide travel (company-covered)
• Rotate on-call for urgent issues (nights/weekends, scheduled)
What you bring
• 2+ years residential experience
• TX license: Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master (Apprentice welcome)
• Solid NEC knowledge; batteries/EVSE/generator experience
• Safety-first, detail-oriented, dependable teammate
Pay & details
• Apprentice: $25–$30/hr • Wireman: $32–$37/hr • Journeyman: $37–$39/hr • Master: $40–$50/hr
