- Overtime: Time-and-a-half after 40 hrs per FLSA

✅ Minimum Requirements
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Can lift 50–75 lbs and stand for the shift duration
- Pass basic background / drug screen if required by client
- OSHA-10/30 preferred; Texas trade licenses (e.g., TDLR electrician, TSBPE plumber) are a plus. Bring personal tools as applicable
